Audiology Staff

Tami Shea, Au.D.

Tami is our lead audiologist in our Lancaster office. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2006. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Indiana University in 2009. She has been with our office since 2010. She is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and is credentialed through ASHA and AAA. She has multiple interests in adult diagnostic testing, implantable devices such as cochlear implants and Bahas, and tinnitus. She resides in Washington Boro with her husband, Mike and her daughter, Emma. She is an avid Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In her free time, she enjoys running and playing sports.

Cindy Lipman, H.I.S

Cindy has cared for OPL’s hearing aid clients for 19 years. She is in our Lancaster office and works closely with our physicians and audiologists to provide the best hearing healthcare for her clients. If one of her hearing aid clients has a medical issue, she can confer immediately with our medical team. Her exemplary service is one of the reasons that her clients refer their friends and family members to see her to explore hearing aid options.



Jessica Davis, Au.D.

Jessica Davis, Au. D. received her Doctorate of Audiology from Bloomsburg University in 2015 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from The University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009. She has a variety of clinical interests with a focus in adult diagnostics and adult amplification. Dr. Davis is a state-licensed audiologist and a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She primarily works at our Ephrata location.

Ellie Blackburn, Au.D.

Ellie joined OPL in May 2015 with a Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. Her externship training was completed at Eastern Virginia Medical School and Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, VA. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University and, before completing her doctorate, worked at CHOP as an Audiology Assistant. She specializes in diagnostic audiology for pediatric and adult patients, pediatric hearing aid fittings and adult cochlear implants. She lives in Lancaster with her husband and son.
