Otolaryngology Physicians of Lancaster is proud to welcome Victor Da Costa, M.D.
Victor Da Costa, M.D. is a Board Cerfied Otolaryngologist, fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
He is originally from California where he obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley and aended the University of California, Irvine for medical school.
He completed his otolaryngology residency at Duke University and a fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit for pediatric otolaryngology.
He served as an assistant professor at the University of Maryland before before moving to Pennsylvania. He is a full member of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology.
His clinical interests include general adult ENT and all ENT disorders of the child including congenital and developmental abnormalies, pediatric sinus disease, hearing loss, obstrucve sleep apnea, recurrent ear infections and allergic disease. Dr. Da Costa is bilingual in Spanish and English.

OPL is pleased to announce that Dawn M. O'Brien Taylor, AuD. was recently awarded the National Pediatric Board Specialty Certification for pediatric audiology.
This prestigious certification requires at least two years in pediatric audiology, a doctorate degree and numerous hours of education. Dr. Taylor is now 1 of 70 certified pediatric audiologists in the U.S., 1 of 3 in Pennsylvania, and most importantly, the only one in Lancaster County. OPL is excited that Dawn is part of our OPL Hearing Center team whose mission is to provide quality hearing care to Lancaster County.
OPL is now providing advanced hearing assessment for infants, young children and adults with non-sedated Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) Testing with the Vivosonic Integrity.
This technology allows advanced testing for patients here in our Lancaster office without the patient undergoing sedation and separation from family. It provides reliable results for the patient that is difficult to test due to their age or disability.
OPL Follow-up for Newborn Hearing Screening
Prior to leaving the hospital or before your baby is 1 month old, your newborn will have a hearing screening. The results of that screening will be Pass or "Refer." Clearly, Pass is good; but what is meant by "refer?"
OPL is excited to announce we are now part of the Cochlear Provider Network.
OPL is now able to provide services for cochlear implant clients here in Lancaster County.
